Meet Your Coach

Meredith Murray

I joined the coaching industry to connect with others and support them in achieving their goals, overcoming challenges, and fostering professional development. As I am a product of great coaches, I believe in the power of coaching and how this can increase performance, drive change and make an impact.

My approach is inspired by my experience in building teams, developing leaders and making an impact with organization development. Drawing from my knowledge in human resources, learning and development, as well as organizational dynamics, I bring a multifaceted perspective to the table.

I work with individuals and teams, to support their development so they can drive change in areas that are needed the most. Together we can explore team development, tackle day-to day challenges, explore professional development opportunities and provide a space to connect.

I'm passionate about leveraging this expertise to guide individuals towards realizing their goals and elevating performance in organizations.
