What is performance coaching?

Performance coaching is a strategic approach designed to boost an individual's professional skills, capabilities, and overall effectiveness. It enables individuals to set and achieve significant goals, tackle challenges, and reach their full potential.

By offering personalized guidance, feedback, and goal-setting techniques, performance coaching fosters self-awareness, motivation, and continuous growth. This method is especially beneficial for those looking to excel in their careers, enhance productivity, and attain sustainable success while adapting to evolving circumstances and demands.

How is coaching different to therapy and mentoring?

Coaching is a future-oriented process focused on achieving specific personal or professional goals through structured guidance and performance improvement. In contrast, therapy addresses past experiences and emotional issues to enhance mental health, while mentoring gives long-term career and personal development guidance and advice from a more experienced individual.

Why is coaching growing in popularity?

Coaching is gaining popularity in business because it is a cost-effective method for enhancing individual and organizational effectiveness. It shows a business's commitment to its employees, reducing the need for expensive recruitment and retraining efforts.
